The Can Tho Bridge spans the Hau River, is 2.75 kilometers long and has a six-lane carriageway with a clearance height of 39 meters to allow large vessels to pass underneath.

Vietnam’s Mekong Delta has a year-round hot climate, with average temperatures ranging from 22ºC to 35ºC.  Throughout the summer months short tropical downpours may occur.
