Most visitors to Vietnam, including children, must obtain a visa in their country of residence. Please check online or contact the Vietnamese Embassy in your country.
All visitors (including children) must be in the possession of a valid passport, ID card or residence permit while visiting the resort and its premises.
Vietnamese law does not permit Vietnamese nationals to share a room with Non-Vietnamese nationals unless they are married. These couples are requested to show a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. In certain cases, marital status is mentioned in the passport.
The resort is under the obligation to comply with these laws and therefore may refuse access if the management is unable to ascertain marital status.
Pets are not allowed at the resort.
The resort reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation if, upon arrival, management deems the guest to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsuitably dressed or to behave in a threatening, abusive manner.
Wedding photography must be pre-authorised by the resort management. Terms and conditions apply.
